Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner as well, who appears in person and learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and 2. 4. This Public Interest Litigation petition has been filed raising certain concerns about depiction of certain scenes shown in the movie “Dhurandhar The Revenge”. It has been stated that the scenes in the said movie have been depicted in such a manner which has the potential of revealing certain information that is not in the interest of the security of the country. He has further stated that explicit depiction of the locations of certain actions and This is a digitally signed order. Certain instances of the scenes occurring in the said movie have also been cited. 5. The petitioner has also made a representation dated 23.03.2026 to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting as also to the Central Board of Film Certification, which is contained in Annexure P-1 appended to the writ petition. 6. Having regard to the nature of issues and the concerns raised in this petition, we are of the opinion that the concerns raised by the petitioner needs to be considered and addressed appropriately. 7. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the competent authority in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting as also the Central Board of Film Certification to consider the entire writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision on the issues raised therein. The decision and collective measures, if any, which may be taken on consideration of the representation dated 23.03.2026 made by the petitioner, which has been enclosed as Annexure P-1 to the writ petition, shall also be communicated to the petitioner. 8.
