The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 9 February, 2026. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding receipt of such representation the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Siliguri, has failed to dispose of the same. By such representation, the petitioner has sought for 3% additional increment in addition to his salary. 3. On behalf of the State respondent it is submitted that they have no objection if the above representation be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, WPA/569/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to 2 consider and dispose of the representation dated 9 February, 2026. 5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the respondent no.4 to be decided strictly in accordance with law. 6. The above exercise is to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
