Mr. Avidit Noliyal, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned A.G.A for the State. 3. Present applicant Sunny, S/o Mahipal is praying for bail in reference to FIR dated 31.01.2026 bearing FIR No. 0015 of 2026, P.S. Pulbhatta District U.S. Nagar wherein he is implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 39, 44, 48, 48A, 49, 49B, 51 and 52 of Wildlife Protection Act. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and is languishing in jail 31.01.2026. He further submits that the co-accused, namely, Vishnu with similar role has already been granted bail and therefore the applicant claims parity. 5. On the other side, Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State has not disputed that the co-accused has already been enlarged on bail and case of the applicant is on the same footing and therefore he can be given the benefit of parity. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the co-accused with similar role has been UKHC010145992026 2026:UHC:7434 enlarged on bail and applicant is languishing in jail since 31.01.2026 therefore this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves bail. 7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant Vishnu be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
