The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No.103 of 2024 (G.R. Case No.224 of 2025) for the alleged offences registered under Sections 318(2) and 336(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of I.T. Act pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through V.C. submits that there is no money transaction in the account of the petitioner and only passbook of one Rahul has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the money transaction 2026:JHHC:1863 --2-- B.A. No. 9590 of 2025 is there in the account from Suraj Kumar to Rahul and only documents have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11th March, 2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner is accomplice of other co- accused persons. 5. Considering that there is no transaction of money in the account of the petitioner that has been from the account of Suraj Kumar to the account of Rahul and only the document of Rahul has been recovered from the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 11th March, 2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Shikaripara P.S.
