Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to District Magistrate, Tehri Garhwal, who may be directed to take decision on that representation. 5. In the representation, however, it is prayed that Block Development Officer may be immediately removed from Block Fakot (Tehri Garhwal). Such prayer cannot be made by elected public representative nor the District Magistrate is competent to transfer the Block Development Officer. 6. This Court do not find any reason to issue any direction as prayed. The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
