1. Let respondent no.2- the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Kalkaji to send a fresh notice to the petitioners for their appearance.
2. The petitioners undertake to appear and to cooperate with the respondent no.2- SDM Kalkaji.
3. Respondent no.1 – the SDM, Badarpur has denied the allegation made in the writ petition. Since respondent no.2 is directed to take the petitioners’ grievance to its logical conclusion, therefore, the correctness of the affidavit filed by the SDM, Badarpur is not required to be adjudicated on merit.
