It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the land records, the name of the father of this petitioner was earlier recorded, but the same was removed and the name of respondent no. 5 has been inserted without any proceeding or without any order from the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner represented before the authorities, but no action has yet been taken. 3. Considering the said submission, I direct the Circle Officer, Latehar to look into the grievance of the petitioner and try to redress the grievance of the petitioner after hearing all the parties concerned, including respondent no. 5, Jugesar Ram. 4.
