In response to the order dated 27.08.2026, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the State Government has issued Circular dated 11.09.2026 for taking action against the erring officials for the delay caused in discharging duties. 3. By the Circular, the Head of the Division and the Head of the Office are directed to take action in terms of Section 10 of the Act of 2005. Directions have been also given to process the files within the stipulated time. 4. The Circular dated 11.09.2026, along with the other documents, is taken on record, marked as Article ‘X’ collectively for identification. 5. So far as the petition is concerned, the petitioner has remedy to challenge the impugned order before the Divisional Kartikeya 2026:BHC-NAG:12466-DB (2) 27-WP-5669-2026 Commissioner in terms of Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964, as also Clause 3 of the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014. 6. If the petitioner files Appeal/Complaint, the same shall be considered and decision taken as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of the presentation of the Appeal/Complaint. 7. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of. (JUDGE) (JUDGE) Kartikeya
