As per the petitioner the Executive Officer, Kendrapara Municipality (O.P. No.5), is proceeding for his eviction without granting him any opportunity of hearing. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to O.P. No.5 to grant due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before proceeding for his eviction from the case land and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by opposite party no.5, the petitioner may not be evicted from the case land. 4. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application. ( B.P.
