The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers:- “i) Set aside the impugned order dated 29.04.2026 passed by Ld. Judge, Family Court- 02, West, Tis Hazari Courts in . application· bearing number MISC. DJ No. 136/2026 in case bearing number G.P. No. 71 of 2024 titled as “Manish Goel Vs. Deepti Goel"; ii) Grant the Petitioner (father) permission to take minor children namely Master Aadvik Goel aged 14 years and Master Siddhit Goel aged 11 years, outside territorial jurisdiction of India to Singapore from 05.06.2026 to 15.06.2026; iii) Any other relief/ order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application was filed on behalf of the petitioner before the learned Family Court, seeking permission from the learned Family Court to take the minor children outside the territorial jurisdiction of India, for summer vacations, which are commencing from 05.06.2026 to 15.06.2026; however, the learned Family Court has issued notice on the said application and has listed the same for hearing on 03.06.2026, which is close to intended date of departure. 5. In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court, seeking pre-ponement of the date of hearing. On such an application being moved, learned Family Court is requested to consider the same sympathetically and hear the said application preferably on an earlier date. 6. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 7. Copy of the order be sent to learned Judge, Family Court-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, for necessary information and compliance. 8.
