It is the grievance of the petitioner that through the land was acquired under the National Highway Act, but neither the compensation has been paid to the petitioner nor the proper measurement has been done. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the District land Acquisition Officer, Sahebganj, but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if fresh representation is filed before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Sahebganj, the grievance of the petitioner will be looked into.

In view of the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District land Acquisition Officer, Sahebganj within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Sahebganj will dispose of the said representation within a period of six weeks by passing a reasoned order as per law, thereafter. reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition stands
disposed of.

Pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
