Contents of the memo reads as under: “The petitioner is hereby undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- against Rs.4,00,000/- ordered by the Trail Court. The Respondent agreed to receive a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- towards his full settlement. Accordingly the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.25,000/-in cash and remaining amount in 4 instalments starting from 16.05.2026. The payment schedule are as here under 1. 16.05.2026 - 50,000/- 2. 16.06.2026 – 1,00,000/- 3. 16.07.2026 – 1,00,000/- 4. 16.08.2026 – 1,00,000/-.“ 3.
