(MD).No.13554/2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1096/2024. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is abiding the said condition till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the aforesaid condition. (3)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also affirmed the compliance of the conditional order by the petitioner, till date. (4)Heard both sides.
