The matter was taken up in the pre-lunch session and Mr. Vinod Gupta, learned counsel, was directed to have instructions in the matter. He has placed on record a copy of communication dated 23.02.2026 as addressed by the Regional Manager, HRTC, Nalagarh to the Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, wherein it has been stated that in the present case, the benefits of the judgment have been paid to the petitioner, including the payment of DCRG, leave encashment and also interest. 2 3.
