The detenue namely Kondati Kanaka Mahalakshmi shall be set at liberty immediately, if she is not in detention in any other pending case. Since, we have set aside the order on the ground of non- consideration of the relevant material the bail orders and bail conditions by the detaining authority, the Principal Secretary to Government, we provide that respondent No.1 - the Principal Secretary to Government shall be at liberty to pass fresh order but in accordance with law and in case any order of detention is so passed afresh, the period of detention shall not exceed in total 12 months, including the period already served under the impugned detention orders.
