The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with C.C. Case No. 15084/2023 registered under sections 3 (a), 30(C)/33/41 of Indian Forest Act, Rules 7 and 9 of JMPIMTS and Section 378/379/411 of the I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegations are made of extracting coal from the forest area. He next submits that now chargesheet has been submitted and petitioner has co-operated in the investigation. He next submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of extracting coal from the forest area. 5. Considering that chargesheet has been submitted and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition and at all the Investigating Officer wanted to interrogate the ( 2026:JHHC:2899 ) petitioners he would have arrested them in course of investigation itself and now there is no point is made of formal arrest. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M, Dhanbad, in connection with C.C.
