AG, caused appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and he is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition by treating the same as representation. 3. Since an innocuous prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold by directing respondents 1 and 2 to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and to accord consideration thereto within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order, along with the writ petition, is made available to the said respondents, in the light of the averments made therein, strictly in accordance with the rules and applicable law. 4.
