The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly call the records. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly, quash the recovery orders Annexure P/1 (colly). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly direct to re-fix on notional pay scale 10000 – 15200 (revised 15600-39100+6600 G.P.) w.e.f. 01.11.2004 in pursuance of circular 13.06.2012 (Annexure P/6). 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly, pay the difference of salary with effect from 22.08.2008 on consequential fixation till superannuation & pension accordingly, as per law. 10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to grant interest for deliberate holding the part of salary and pension through stubborn action. 10.6 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief deem fit and just.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner stood retired from the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest. However, at the time computation and payment of the retiral dues, a sum of Rs. 5,58,663/- was recovered from the retiral dues of the petitioner stating that excess payment has been made to the petitioner. He submits that against the said deduction of the aforementioned amount from the retiral dues, petitioner has submitted several representations, however, non of the representations submitted by the petitioner has been decided and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondents to take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time. 3 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit afresh comprehensive representation before the Respondents No. 4 to 6 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
