Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the surrender time before the learned court may kindly be extended due to the reason that the petitioners are residing out of the State to earn their livelihood. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioners, the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned court and this is the misuse of the jurisdiction. It transpires that the petitioners are the accused for the offences under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners is dated 19.04.2023, wherein the modification of that order has been sought on 21.11.2025.
