JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs: “ a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directing the respondent authorities to regularize the service of petitioners in terms of law laid down by the Apex Court in case of Jaggo v/s Union of India reported in 2024 SCC ONLINE SC 3826, Shripal v. Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad reported in 2025 SCC ONLINE SC 221, Dharam Singh and ors v/s State of UP and anr in Civil Appeal No.8558/2018 dated 19.08.2025. b) grant such other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondents No.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 01.04.2026, 01.04.2026, 31.03.2026, 31.03.2026 and 31.03.2026, at Annexures-N, N-1 to N-4 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22569 WP No. 12981 of 2026 these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 01.04.2026, 01.04.2026, 31.03.2026, 31.03.2026 and 31.03.2026, at Annexures-N, N-1 to N-4, bearing in mind the order passed in Writ Petition No.40204/2012 c/w.
