The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 34 of 2026 arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020. It has been alleged that the mother of the informant was burnt to death. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is the son of the deceased. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused persons have been granted bail in BA No. 9267 of 2025, BA No. 12093 of 2025. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been implicated primarily on account of suspicion and even the informant who has subsequently been made an accused, has been granted bail apart from the other co-accused persons, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
