The Court had issued notice on 8th May, 2026. 3. Today learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 24.11.2025 as addressed by Financial Advisor & C.A.O Himachal Road Transport Corporation Shimla, to the present petitioner regarding payment of arrear on account of DA/IR. As per communication it has been stated that no arrear for the year 2016 to 30.09.2018 is due towards the petitioner and consequently the case of the petitioner has been rejected. 4. It is found that no arrears for the year 2016 to 30.09.2018 is due as per the decision taken by the respondents. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 5. Consequently, in view of the aforesaid communication, the present petition is ordered to be closed. 6. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to him to avail appropriate remedy in the competent Court of law for redressal of his grievance. Liberty granted.
