Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 03.01.2020, passed in W.P.(MD) No.627 of 2014, has been duly complied with. He produced a copy of the order dated 13.02.2026 bearing reference No.2705/A1/TNSTC(TNV)/NGL/2026 before this Court. A copy of the same is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the back wages to the petitioner, as per the order dated 13.02.2026, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already paid, failing which the petitioner is at liberty to revive this Contempt Petition.
