Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.Aa6/1914/2024, dated 29.12.2025, and submitted that the UDR relating to the land which the petitioner is seeking to subdivide needs to be amended. He further submitted that the UDR amendment does not fall within the jurisdiction of the respondent / Tahsildar. Therefore, the petitioner was informed to file a petition before the District Revenue Officer to amend the UDR, after which the petitioner's request for subdivision Patta would be considered. 3.
