The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 10.08.2026 (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition) whereby the respondent-Nagar Nigam under the hands of its Tax Superintendent has made an application to the In charge Kotwali, Civil Line Roorkee, to lodged a First Information Report against the petitioner. Since the application has been filed to lodged an FIR, therefore, the writ petition cannot be said to be maintainable before this Court. Petitioner may challenge the FIR. 4.
