JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner’s great grandfather late Sri Veeregowda, S/o Late Patel Chenneagoda purchased the land in question i.e. 1 acre 7 guntas in Survey No.58 of Markalu Village, Kirugavalu Hobli, Malavalli Taluk, Mandya District under registered Sale Deed dated 25.10.1924 from the previous owner, Chikka Peese Mada and therefore the petitioner’s name should now be entered in the revenue records on the strength of the said registered sale deed.
