This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for Page No.# 2/2 granting bail to the accused applicant, in connection with Laharighat P.S. Case No. 60/2026 under Section 21(b)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 3. Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge- sheet in the instant case, being Charge-sheet No. 80/2026 dated 10.07.2026, has already been submitted. 4. Mr. Podder, learned counsel for the accused applicants, submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicants to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. He further submits that the accused applicant No. 2 is on interim bail and the same may be extended till her appearance before the jurisdictional Court. 5. In view of the above, the instant bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicants to appear before the jurisdictional Court and seek appropriate relief within 15 days from the passing of this order.
