Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at length seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application by submitting that the applicant shall surrender after Ramjan on 23.03.2026 before the concerned court and then will seek appropriate remedy as per law. 4. Subject to the aforesaid liberty, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Only till 23.02.2026 no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
