By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made to quash the FIR No.75/2013 registered with Police Station Mahila Thana, Jaipur (South) for the offence under Sections 498A and 406 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that the accused petitioners have already been acquitted by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No.12, Jaipur Metropolitan vide judgment dated 20.01.2014 on the basis of compromise between the parties by giving the benefit of doubt.
