This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 287 days in filing the appeal. 2.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel for the seventh respondent had entered appearance and had filed counter. 3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it had been stated that though the judgment and decree by the Trial Court was passed on 18.04.2024, the application seeking certified copy was filed only on 30.04.2025 and there has been a delay which was not within the control of the petitioners herein. 4.In the counter filed on behalf of the seventh respondent, it had been stated that pursuant to the preliminary decree, a Commissioner had been appointed and he had also filed his report and only thereafter, the appeal was filed.
