Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. To issue writ of mandamus or any other writ/s like in any nature and to direct the respondent No. 2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 02.08.2025 thereby, direct the respondent No. the 2 to proceed with the matter as per the ANNEXURE- produced herewith. b. To grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper by considering above said facts and circumstances of case in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 02.08.2025 for the transfer of Khata has not been considered by respondent - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11586 WP No. 4742 of 2026 No.2 and necessary orders passed. A perusal of the representation indicates that it is a physical representation, which has been submitted, which cannot be the basis for consideration of Khata transfer. 5. For the said purpose, an online application is required to be filed, accompanied by the necessary documents. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to file such an online application and directing respondent No.2 to consider the same in accordance with the timeline prescribed under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2011, the petition stands disposed of.
