The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case no.93 of 2025, for offence registered under section 316(2), 316(3), 318(4), 303(2) AND 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Seraikella.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner runs transport agency. He further submits that only the vehicle was introduced by the petitioner for carrying the goods, however, the vehicle has not reached to the destination. He then submits that the owner of the said transport agency is Ashish Saw, and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.6.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be the person who has introduced the said vehicle with the M/s Rungta Mines of which DI 96 Pipes were loaded.

Considering that the petitioner has only introduced the said vehicle for carrying the pipes, however, the said vehicle has not reached to its destination and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Seraikella, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case no.93 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
