Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and intervenor. 3. This Court had already granted interim bail to the petitioner vide order dated 28.11.2025 in the said Criminal Original Petition, in order to enable him to settle the issue, and directed the accused to return the gold to the victims. Today, it is reported that the petitioner has settled the matter only in respect of six persons and is refusing to settle the claims of the remaining 32 victims.
