This is an application u/s 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Laluk P.S. Case No. 91/2026 u/s 87/64(1) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 (Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 383/2026. The learned APP submits that Charge Sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No. 115 dated 08.07.2026. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that liberty may be given to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief.
