03/ 04.02.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.11.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 6588 of 2025 by this court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners earn their livelihood by way of working outside, that’s why they have not been able to surrender within the stipulated time. He submits that further two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioners, the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned court.

Considering that the anticipatory bail has already been provided in favour of the petitioners, however, they have not been able to surrender within the stipulated period, due to the reason recorded in the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court.

The order the order dated 20.11.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 6588 of 2025 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact.

With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
