Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2025 in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.54 of 2025, registered under Sections 111(2) (b), 317 (2), 317 (4), 317 (5), 318 (4), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2) of BNS, Section 66 (B) (C ) (D) of I.T. Act and Section 42 (3) (e ) of Telecommunication Act, now pending in the court of Ld. Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2025 and charge sheet has been submitted on 31.10.2025 and altogether there are 10 charge sheeted witnesses, but nobody has been examined so far. 5. Upon a query of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent. 6. Upon perusal of the case diary, it appears that the SIM and mobile phone recovered from the possession of the petitioner were allegedly used for committing cyber fraud. The victim has also supported the prosecution case. 7. Considering the aforesaid materials collected during investigation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2026:JHHC:4663 2 8. However, the State is directed to ensure prompt production of the witnesses before the court. 9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Jamtara to ensure compliance. 10.
