This Court, by an order dated 18.02.2026 has allowed W.P(MD) No. 4037 of 2026 and remitted the matter back to the file of the tender issuing authority to verify and pass orders with regard to the working condition of Plant and Machineries documents submitted by the petitioner. 3.
