Learned counsel for petitioners himself admitted that the petitioners have not been disturbed, however, he strenuously argued that the posts were filled up. 4. Since, the writ petition is still pending, petitioners may address their grievances before writ court. 5. In the opinion of this Court, since petitioners have not been disturbed by respondents-contemnors, no contempt is made out. 6. Accordingly, contempt petition is dismissed.
