The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1764 of 2025, registered under section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class at Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of storing 35 liters of illicit country made liquor and 2,000 kg of jawa mahua. He next submits that said articles have been recovered from the open place and only on suspicion the petitioner has been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents however in those cases the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come by unknown sources. 5. Considering that name of the petitioner has come on the suspicion and the source is not disclosed in the complaint, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, ( 2026:JHHC:1295 ) petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class at Jamshedpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1764 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
