He alleges that the respondents 9 and 10 have put up a number of electric poles in the petition mentioned river. Since the river in question vests with the Water Resources Department, the respondents 9 and 10 will have to obtain permission only from the said Department and not from any other authority. The respondents 9 and 10 have already submitted applications to the third respondent. 3.We direct the third respondent to consider the said applications and take a decision in terms of G.O(Ms)No.101 dated 13.09.2024. Until an appropriate decision is taken by the competent authority, poles put up by the respondents 9 and 10 shall not be removed. Their fate shall abide by the decision to be taken by the competent authority.
