Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the grievance of the petitioners as raised in the present writ petitions has been redressed, they want to withdraw the same. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present writ petitions, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present writ petitions. 4.
