The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal, dated 23.02.2026 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2. Aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 29.01.2026, the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 23.02.2026 before the 1st respondent. Since the same was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 23.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 23.02.2026. 5.
For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 23.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 6.
