2. In the pre-lunch Session, Mr. Rajesh Kashyap, Advocate while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondent has sought some time to have instructions in the matter
3. Now, he has placed on record calculations with respect to the interest on the retirement gratuity. On instructions, he undertakes that the said amount shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today positively.
4. In view of above statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is according closed. However, it is made clear that in case any of the grievances still remains unaddressed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings by filing appropriate application. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
