02/22.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the false allegation has been made against the petitioners for selling the land of the informant. It is next submitted that in the mutation case, Ld. L.R.D.C. has said that the land is belonging to the petitioner and as observed that if other side are having any objection they can settle their dispute by filing of a civil suit, and he also submits that the Annexure-2 is the order of the Ld. L.R.D.C. Court, Giridih (T),

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation are there of selling the land of the informant.

5. Considering the observation made by the Ld. L.R.D.C. as pointed out that the land belongs to the petitioners which can be sold by them and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
