They have challenged the final seniority list, issued by Chief Conservator of Forest, Human Resource Development, on 20.11.2025. 4. Learned State Counsel raised objection that petitioners are public servants, therefore, they have the remedy of approaching the Tribunal constituted under U.P. Public Service (Tribunals) Act, 1976, thus, his writ petition is not maintainable. 5. This Court finds substance in the objection raised by learned State Counsel. 6. Petitioners have raised a seniority dispute, which can very well be resolved by learned Tribunal. Moreover, there are disputed questions of fact involved in the writ petition, which cannot appropriately be adjudicated in a writ petition. 7. In such view of the matter, Registry is directed to transmit the complete record of this case to learned Tribunal for adjudication after keeping photocopy thereof on record. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
