1. The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.82/2025 registered at Police Station Jobner, District Jaipur Rural for offences under Sections 178, 179 and 180 of BNS, 2023, while the charge-sheet has been filed under Section 179 and 180 of BNS, 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that bare reading of FIR shows that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that the only allegation levelled against the present petitioner is that twenty one notes of Rs.100/- denomination alleged to be counterfeit currency were recovered from his possession. He further submits
[2026:RJ-JP:25422] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7396/2026] that there are no criminal cases pending against the present petitioner. He also contends that the charge-sheet has also been filed in the present case. The petitioner is in judicial custody since
26.03.2025. The petitioner has speedy right to trial still trial is yet to be concluded. Therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioner. In support of his contentions, he placed reliance upon the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Javed Gulam Nabi Shaikh v. State of Maharashtra and Anr. (Criminal Appeal No. 2787 of 2024, decided 03.07.2024).
4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the present bail application.
5. This Court, considering the arguments advanced by the
learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it just and proper to release the accused-petitioner on bail.

Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Ashok Kumar s/o Late Shri Shravan Lal, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
