It appears that earlier, Criminal Application (APL) No.772 of 2020 was filed, which was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate application for discharge before the learned trial Court. It further appears that the applicant filed an application for discharge before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, in the month of September 2022, which is still pending. It is further submitted that the application seeking de-freezing of the applicant’s bank account was filed in June 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, 2026:BHC-NAG:12480 2 106 apl2243.26.odt to decide the said application within a time-bound period would suffice the purpose. 4. It appears that the application for discharge has been pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, since September 2022, i.e. since almost four years. I am conscious of the workload of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur. Nevertheless, considering the fact that the application is pending for a considerable period, it is necessary to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, to decide the application for discharge within a period of three months from the date of this order. 5. In view of the abovesaid directions, the application stands disposed of. 6. Needless to mention that both the parties shall cooperate with the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur for deciding the application for discharge expeditiously. 7.
