In this writ petition, he has challenged the determination of compensation made by Competent Authority, Land Acquisition. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has remedy of challenging the determination before Arbitrator/Collector under Section 3G(5) of National Highways Act, 1956. 6. Since petitioner has statutory remedy under National Highways Act, 1956, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, as is available to him under law.
