Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that NBWA has been issued against the petitioner and the petitioner is desires to appearing before the learned Trial Court, where the case is presently pending and seeks protection till then. Having regard to the above, the instant petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall appear within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today before the learned JMFC, Barpeta in PRC Case No. 1090/2022 and in the event of any application for bail being made, the same shall be considered as per law. It is further provided that the NBWA issued against the petitioner shall not be executed for the next 15 (fifteen) days or till the appearance of the petitioner before the learned Court, whichever is earlier.
