ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The reason for filing the cancellation of anticipatory bail application is that while hearing the anticipatory bail to the second respondent, the first respondent wrongly stated before this Court that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant submits that, as of the date of passing the order, the injured person has not been discharged from the hospital and is still taking treatment. 3. The above said reason is not a valid ground for canceling the anticipatory bail petition.
